There are no formal requirements for your inquiry. Therefore, you can contact us by phone, by letter, via Digital Post, or through our contact form. However, correct identification is required, so we must ask for a copy of valid identification in order to process the request for access to the register.
If you request an extract from the register from the Agency for Digital Government, you must go through the following steps:
- Download and complete the form.
- Submit the form and a copy of valid identification securely in one of the following ways:
