There are no formal requirements for your inquiry. Therefore, you can contact us by phone, by letter, via Digital Post, or through our contact form.
However, The Agency for Digital Government is obligated to identify the correct recipient, which is why we must ask for extra documentation in order to process a request for access to the register.
Companies can request access to the NemKonto register by completing the form below. The form has to include the company's Danish CVR/SE-number, name of the company and address.
- Download and complete the form.
- Attach valid documentation
- Copy of the company's articles of association (Sole proprietorship excluded)
- Copy of valid identification on the signee of the company
- Submit the form and documentation securely in one of the following ways:
