Connection package
The connection package consists of a number of process steps that must be taken in order for the Private Payment Service Provider to be connected to the NemKonto system. The first step of being connected to NemKonto for Private Payers is that the Private Payment Service Provider fills out the following request form and submits it to NemKonto Support.

Based on the form, NemKonto Support will return the Terms of Connection. The Terms of Connection are the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s standard terms for Private Payment Service Providers’ connection to and use of NemKonto for Private Payers.
Connection of an extra system
A Private Payment Service Provider may choose to connect several systems to NemKonto for Private Payers. A connection amount per system being connected to NemKonto for Private Payers is charged. This connection price covers the connection test which must be performed for each system being connected.

The first step of connecting an extra system is that the Private Payment Service Provider fills out the following request form and submits it to NemKonto Support.

The Private Payment Service Provider has already signed the Terms of Connection and been assigned an NKS agreement number.
NemKonto Support will then send a letter to the Private Payment Service Provider regarding the further connection process. When the connection test has been approved, NemKonto Support will forward a technical connection agreement to be signed by the Private Payment Service Provider. The parties will then agree when the system can go live.
